Cowdray House Wedding ~ Rachel & Pete

I loved this Cowdray House Wedding. It was full of colour, beautiful little details and lots of laughter.

Rachel and Pete got married at the weekend, at the rather fabulous Cowdray House. Cowdray House is a stunning country house in West Sussex. It really was the most glorious day, with a cloudless sky and non-stop sunshine all day long!

Both Rachel and Pete got ready at Cowdray House too, surrounded by lots of friends and family. It really was a lovely way to start their day. Oh and I must mention the bridal suite.  Wow wee what a space! It was not only elegant, but so big.  The perfect space for Rachel’s six bridesmaids, two flower girls and the mums to get ready. Rachel wore a gorgeous gown ‘Willouby’ by Watters.  It suited both her and the setting beautifully. And the girls’ Bridesmaid dresses were from ASOS & H&M.  I love that they each had an individual sense of style, whilst retaining an element of matching too. For me, what really set them off though was their stunning bouquets, that were created and crafted by the talented team at ‘This Floral Life’. Honestly, they were some of the most beautiful blooms I’ve seen this season. Absolutely gorgeous! And not forgetting Pete, who looked rather dapper in a bespoke made three piece suit, by Cad & The Dandy.  I love it when Groom’s go for a bespoke made suit – always looks so good.

Both the ceremony and wedding breakfast took place in the grand hall, which oozes grandeur and history. And once again, when ‘This Floral Life’ had worked their magic on the space, it looked simply breathtaking.

Canapes and bubbles were served to guests in the grounds, accompanied by the dulcet tones of a four piece jazz band. You’d have been forgiven for thinking that it was a summer’s day, as the sky was cloudless and the sun shone all day!   The great vibes of the day continued into the evening, with ‘The Sweet and Low Down’ band providing much laughter and fun times on the dance floor.

Rachel and Pete it was an honour to capture your beautiful day.
