Cissbury Barns Boho Wedding

The truly fabulous Veronica and Luke chose to have their Cissbury Barns Boho Wedding last year (2019) when life resembled some kind of ‘normal’! Seems like a lifetime ago now, although I’m confident that will return again in 2021. Cissbury Barns was the most perfect venue for their relaxed boho vibe, with it’s rustic yet elegant barns, courtyards and stunning backdrops of the South Downs. Everything about their day was simply beautiful.

The day itself started with Veronica and Luke getting ready with their respective families at The Ardington Hotel in Worthing on the south coast. The lovely Charlotte from Polka Dot Hair & Makeup created the perfect look for Veronica’s make up and hair. Together with the stunning dress bespoke made for Veronica by a designer in Russia, I think Veronica pulled off the boho bride look brilliantly. I also loved that each of her Bridesmaids all wore individually chosen tops to go with matching coral coloured skirts, again complimenting the boho vibe completely.

For Veronica and Luke they wanted the day to be about everyone just relaxing and having the best time. And that was certainly the case. Much love and laughter surrounded them all day, as their families and many friends enjoyed tasty food by Tie the Knot caterers and relaxing with a game or two of petanque.
