Vinopolis & One Mayfair, London Wedding ~ Sarah & James: i do

I’d been looking forward to Sarah and James’ Vinopolis wedding for months, from when we’d first met and they outlined their styling ideas and theme – they’d told me that it was going to be very dramatic, with tonnes of flamboyant lighting, and jam packed with lots of funky little details …but nothing quite prepared me for the glamorous gorgeousness and total rock ‘n’ roll-ness of it all!

It was so excellently put together, to include all of Sarah and James’ favourite things – purple, black, gold, gothic architecture, fish, sweets, champagne, wine, vodka, ooooh yes and of course cat details…! Sarah is cat crazy….even more so than me! (check out the hen t-shirts ‘Sarah says Miaow’! so brilliant! Love it!). So, cat detailing featured heavily in the theme – from the rather brilliant Vodka Ice Luge to tables named after their pussy cats ‘Monster and Monkey’. They chose a Purple, Black and Gold colour scheme which ran right through the whole styling…with all their guests wearing these colours…and of course check out the fabulous purple dress Sarah had made for her and the rather dashing black and purple pin stripe suit James had tailored for him – they both looked so striking!

It really was such a great wedding…in so many different ways and everyone there had a ball! Personally, I was really rather spoiled with all the details that there were to photograph – and the awesome lighting at both Vinopolis and One Mayfair done by the very clever Daniel and his team from Bespoke Events. Also, I had great fun with Sarah and James rocking their outfits in and around the rather fabulous ‘Leadenhall Market’ in the City of London…shame we didn’t have more time as I could have photographed them all day! Hehe

Guys, I wish you both so much love and happiness hereon! Mwah or should that be Miaow!? Hehe 🙂
