South Lodge Hotel Sussex Wedding

Katie and Jules eloped to NYC to get married back in the summer, and had an awesome time there tying the knot in Central park…how cute is that! However, they wanted to make sure that all their family and friends back here in the UK got a chance to join in the celebration, and so decided to have a fun filled party at South Lodge Hotel in Horsham….one of my favourite Hotels in West Sussex. I think the best thing about this has to be getting the chance to wear your wedding dress twice – how fab is that!!! (if only I’d thought that one through when I got married! hehe). And I it looked absolutely stunning and Katie looked fab in it…finished off with great hair and makeup done by the very talented and lovely Sarah.

The party started early evening with flowing champagne, and Katie and Jule’s further treated their guests with the most amazing ‘Choccywoccydoohdah’ cake (bought as a gift by a good friend of theirs – I want a friend like that! hehe). Sadly I never got to try the cake….something I’m still not quite over, as trust me anyone who lives in Sussex knows, those cakes are to die for!!! After a wonderful meal (…oooh yes and check out the Wombles of Wimbledon theme named tables…one very special one caught my eye! hehe ;-)), they all had a chance to play in my Photo fun booth – the Photo fun booth is an excellent addition to your wedding package, as it is a great way to have lots of pics of your guests (young and old!) being a bit silly and will provide you with lots of piccies to laugh at for many years to come!
