Beacon House, Kent Wedding

Susie and Skips (aka Richard!) Kent Wedding a couple of weeks ago at the gorgeous Beacon House in Whitstable – my 2nd wedding there in past 2 months 🙂 As with many of my couples, the most important aspect of the day was for it to be informal, relaxed and to involve their family and friends as much as possible. So, the day kicked off with everyone rallying around prepping the house, getting the button holes and bouquets made up…and generally making sure all the little bits and bobs were where they should be….it was all hands on deck!

After making sure everyone was happy, Susie started getting herself ready – donning my favourite coloured ‘Converse’ shoes (and to think she thought they could have been a deal breaker for me!!! hehe) and a very pretty dress. Their ceremony was really beautiful – simple and yet very touching at the same time. Afterwards, they had some time together alone to walk on the Street (lucky again with the tides!!!!), and some piccies of them together in and around the nearby beach huts, whilst guests sipped mulled wine and snacked on various tasty treats to the sounds of their favourite tunes….all very chilled! As the house itself is quite small, the went on later to join the rest of their guests at the nearby ‘East Quay Lobster Shack’ for a delicious fish and chips supper and champagne. A truly fabulous wedding day with truly gorgeous people 🙂

So please enjoy this stunning Kent Wedding

A beautiful set of images! Being a colour freak my favourites were the rings on the rusty tin and the shots of Susie and Skip in front of the blue doors. Gorgeous wedding.
