A rather scrummy rustic Farm Wedding, Hertfordshire Wedding ~ Hannah and James: i do

Being a wedding photographer is the best ‘job’ in the world…although I really don’t see it as a job – it’s my passion and a privilege to capture a couple’s most important day to mark the beginning of their journey together as man and wife…and a day I feel truly honoured to be part of. What is even more special is when people come to me through recommendations from friends…and Hannah and James were in fact guests at the super lovely Sophie and Andrew’s Suffolk wedding in August 2011…another gorgeous wedding I was proud to be a part of! So, it was fab to be asked to capture their day, and of course fantastic to be able to catch up again with Sophie and Andrew.

Hannah and James’ Hertfordshire Wedding was the kind of wedding I love…relaxed, fun, full of love and a whole lot of style. The fact Hannah got ready on her parent’s farm and the church they married in was the church her parents and her siblings married in too was especially touching, and everyone there was so happy for them and super excited to be part of their day. If ever there were 2 people who were destined to be together then these guys are it….if you believe in fate then seriously their meeting epitomises it…they got together through Facebook following a friends party when James’ messaged Hannah thinking she was in fact another Hannah!!!! lol After a cheeky exchange of messages they set up a date, and the rest as they say is history – how fab is that!!! Their day was seriously filled with soooo much love and laughter…and a few happy tears – always a sign of a good day hehe And to finish the night off they had the most fantastic party…the dance floor was seriously jumping – I had to tear myself off it…it was the perfect ending to a really rather perfect day! Hannah and James’ I know you’ll share a long and happy life together – thank you again for asking me to capture a very special part of it. Love, light and lots of laughter, Annamarie x
