Oxon Hoath Wedding

The moment I drove up to Oxon Hoath Country Estate Retreat in Kent, I knew that Lucy & J’s humanist wedding was going to be very special indeed. The happy peaceful energy of the place instantly made me smile…it was full of character inside, and outside the grounds were quietly appealing too. David told me that the main reason Lucy & J chose Oxon Hoath Country Estate Retreat as their venue, was because it had a gorgeous Meditation Garden, which was the perfect place for them to make their beautiful vows. All that was needed for their dream wedding was for the weather to behave…! Luckily, their dream was to be realised as the rain held off (until just after the ceremony! perfect timing or what!?), and they happily got the outside wedding they had planned! Despite the rain, we still managed a few images outside and had lots of fun capturing the celebrations inside too. And to top it all off, Lucy, Jeremy and their guests lit Chinese sky lanterns, which was great fun with lots of smiles all around 🙂
